Andy is a serial entrepreneur, having founded 8 advanced technology startups. Andy was a founder of the entrepreneurship program at the University of British Columbia (e@UBC), where he helped launch over 36 technology and life sciences companies in just 3 years. Andy has served on numerous tech industry boards, and has been involved in over 20 exits.
Tim has broad market experience and a deep technical background, having served in various executive roles at small, medium and large high-tech companies. Tim served on the buy-side M&A team at MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates, one of Canada’s largest technology firms, and has been involved in over 10 buy-side and sell-side transactions.
With over 30 years of executive experience in the tech industry, Morgan has served on over 20 corporate boards, chaired the boards of BC Tech, VEF, and Science World, and is a past recipient of the BC Tech Lifetime Achievement Award. Morgan has led or been involved in some of BC’s largest M&A exits, including the sale of CREO to Kodak ($1.2B), Hothaus to Broadcom ($385M), and TIR to Philips.
