We are not your typical M&A advisors.
We focus exclusively on advanced-technology M&A, connecting North American sellers with global buyers. Our team is made up of former tech-industry CEOs and executives with deep technical knowledge and business experience. Our hands-on approach and personalized service allows for a high-level of commitment and a long-term perspective.
With our flexible engagement model, we help companies prepare for their eventual exit, we run end-to-end M&A processes, and/or we help negotiate transactions.
We focus on strategic value creation, maximizing valuation by developing strategies that leverage our clients’ Intellectual Property and team. All with a creative, entrepreneurial approach to uncovering unique opportunities.
We work with high-tech and life-science companies that have unique and valuable IP with the potential to disrupt high-growth or emerging markets. Our clients are made up of passionate domain experts and are typically early stage (founder-controlled and pre-revenue or early revenue) and growth stage (VC funded and generating revenue).
